2012 Full Moon Camp-Outs at GYHS
We had a great time last summer! It's back, by popular demand.
Imagine camping out on site before and after working on clean-up and preservation activities and the opportunity for night photography here. Your registration fee helps cover the costs of the event and some of the preservation materials. You'll need to bring your own gear and food.
Be sure to bring enough water for drinking & washing (there's no plumbed water for campers on site).
Here's what the week-end entails:
4-5 hours volunteer work (brush clearing, path maintenance, debris removal -- helping keep GYHS fire safe, creek swimming, warm mineral water soak(evening & morning), night photography opportunities.
This is a 'Pack-in/Pack-out' back country style, although you will be able to park nearby.
Space is limited - maximum 25 campers
Your online payment receipt will read "CalFAP",
(The California Foundation for Architectural Preservation- CalFAP- is our fiduciary agent as
a qualified 501(c)(3) charitable organization)
